Our classes

Weekend Immersion
The Complete Practice longer, unhurried session held every Saturday morning, weaving together asana, pranayama, and meditation into one complete arc of practice. There is no rushing, no shortcuts — just the full depth of what yoga has to offer, held in a single sacred morning. Ideal for those who want to go further than a single class allows, and for practitioners looking to deepen their relationship with the tradition.

Yoga Nidra
The Yoga of Sleep a guided practice of conscious rest conducted lying down — neither fully asleep nor fully awake. Nidra takes you to the threshold between worlds, where deep healing and profound stillness become possible without effort or striving. The body rests completely while awareness remains subtly present. One hour of Yoga Nidra is said to equal four hours of ordinary sleep.

Pranayama & Meditation
Breath & StillnessA dedicated practice of ancient breathwork techniques followed by seated meditation. Through conscious regulation of the breath, we learn to directly influence the state of the nervous system and quieten the fluctuations of the mind. Each session builds on the last, helping you develop a sitting practice that carries meaning and steadiness into daily life. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Restorative Yoga
Rest & RecoverFully supported postures held with the aid of bolsters, blankets, and blocks — the earth lifted to meet you. Designed for recovery, burnout, and nervous system reset, this practice asks nothing of you except to allow. It works directly on the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding the body out of survival mode and into deep, conscious rest. The most gentle practice we offer, and often the most transformative.

Yin Yoga
Surrender & ReleaseA slow, meditative practice of long passive holds targeting the deep connective tissue of the body. Where active practices build strength, Yin dissolves — releasing tension held not just in the muscles but in the fascia and joints that movement rarely reaches. It is a practice of learning to stay when everything in you wants to move. Expect to be still, to feel deeply, and to leave lighter than you arrived.

Morning Hatha
Foundation & FormA grounding, classical practice to begin the day with intention. We move through foundational postures with full attention on the breath, building heat slowly and without rush. Each posture is an opportunity to arrive more fully in the body — to meet yourself exactly as you are. Sessions close with an extended period of stillness, allowing the practice to settle deep into the nervous system. Suitable for all levels.
