Terms and conditions

All bookings with CarHop Rental are subject to vehicle availability. To complete a reservation, customers must provide a valid driver’s license and government-issued ID. The price shown at the time of booking is final, unless any optional extras are selected, which will be added to the total.

Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm any booking. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards. Refunds and cancellations follow CarHop Rental’s outlined policies, which are clearly stated at the time of booking.

Vehicles must be driven only by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement. Cars should be returned in the same condition in which they were rented. Customers are responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, or other legal penalties incurred during the rental period.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to qualify for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial charges. Any non-refundable fees will be clearly stated during booking.

Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle that is not covered by insurance. Any traffic fines, parking tickets, or legal penalties incurred during the rental are the renter’s responsibility. Accidents, theft, or damages must be reported to CarHop Rental immediately so they can be handled properly.
